Terms of Service

Aventic publishes event guides built from public data and offers a Decision API to partners. By using the site or the API you accept these terms.

What we publish

Guides are best-effort summaries with source attribution and freshness windows. They are not the official word of any venue, promoter, or transit operator. Always verify time-critical details (door times, IDs, road closures) before you act.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, mirroring, or re-publishing whole guides without written permission.
• API keys are personal to the issued client; do not share them.
• Don't use the API for spam, harassment, or to circumvent venue policies.

Third-party media

Official videos are played through YouTube and remain subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Aventic does not host or grant rights to that content. Availability, controls, and playback are provided by YouTube and may change or fail independently of the guide.

Liability

Guides are provided "as is" with no warranty. Aventic is not liable for missed entry, travel delays, or any indirect loss arising from acting on a guide.
